Frequently Asked Questions

Some of my guests have an allergy/intolerance, what can you do?

We will do all that we can to accommodate any allergens/intolerances as this should not come between you and enjoying a sweet treat! Let us know of any requirements when booking and we can source the right products for you.

Can I change the menu to suit our preferences?

If an item on our menu doesn't quite take your fancy or you have something you are dying to try, let us know when making your booking and we will see what we can do for you! We are very open to menu suggestions and developments, so feedback is greatly appreciated.

Do you offer ice cream without the dessert element?

We understand that sometimes guests may not want to have a dessert with their soft-serve, and sometimes a flake and some sauce is just enough. Therefore, we do offer ice cream tubs and cones alone or as part of a service to cater to all guests. This service is at a lower rate, therefore is also a better option for those on a bit of a budget!

What are your requirements?

To be able to provide service effectively at your event, we do ask for the following to be provided: electric (3-pin 13 amp or 16 amp) and a pitch size of (W2.4m x L5m x H3m) of which is suitable for a horse box to set up on. For our full T&C's please email us.
